How do I find a lost adopted biological sibling?

I am trying to find my biological sister who I was separated from when my birthmom’s rights were terminated in 1996 and we were adopted into separate closed adoptions through the state of Utah. She is over 18 now (as am I) and I want to find her but her name was changed when she was adopted (as was mine) so I do not know where to begin. Do you know of any resources for locating an adopted biological sibling?
